So... What Is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a natural therapy that works with the body’s energy systems — like the nervous system, meridians and muscles — to help uncover and release stress stored in the body.

We use a technique called muscle testing, where we gently check how the body responds to pressure.
This helps us find imbalances that may be linked to emotional stress, physical tension, or even old beliefs that are still affecting you or your child.

There’s no guessing or pushing — just listening to the body and letting it lead.
